“I accidentally let my membership renew. Can I get a refund?”

Usually — Yes!

If your membership has automatically renewed but you're not actually using your membership anymore, the first thing to do is get in touch.

  • If it has been less than a month since it renewed, we can absolutely issue a refund for that payment. Goodness knows, that's happened to us before. You don't even need to explain. Easy peasy.
  • If it has been longer than that, we can still probably work something out because we are all reasonable humans.

Please always talk to us, rather than going straight to your bank or credit card company. Your bank won't send you smiley faces with your refund, but we will :)
